Our Admin staff works hard to ensure all back office tasks are complete to include the billing and scheduling. The Adminstrative Staff are invaluable to the sucess of our Center. If you ever get a chance please let them know if they are doing a good job!
Ciara Carter- Administrative Assistant to Melissa Williams. Ciara assists with anything that she is asked to do to include all things client care corrdination and additional billing tasks. Ciara is enrolled is a senior in High School but is also enrolled in MACC. Upon graduating high school she will obtain her assoicates degree. Ultimatly, Ciara would like to obtain a degree in Health Sciences.
Kyleigh Porter - New to the Heriford House team 08/2023. She is one of the administrative assistants to Melissa Williams. She assists with billing, scheduling, client interactions, etc. Kyleigh is enrolled in college to achieve her BSW and then will be working towards her Masters Degree in Social Work.
Nora McCann- Nora has been on the Adminstrative team the longest. Nora works directly with Melissa to ensure that she is meeting the needs of the Center. Nora is often behind the scenes helping HH run smooth.
